HD 24733 is an eclipsing spectroscopic binary

Abstract

The known spectroscopic binary HD 24 733 is shown to be an eclipsing variable. The accurate value of the orbital period (1.762 838 days) has been determined. According to the photometric data, the system is a [FORMULA] Lyrae type interacting binary.
