Relation between DIFOS "irradiance" data and solar activity

Solar irradiance measurements with the DIFOS-photometer aboard the satellite CORONAS-I were compared with short term variations of solar activity. The sunspot blocking effect was confirmed and an anticorrelation with the 2600 MHz radio flux is very pronounced. Furthermore a close relation to the large scale structure of the magnetic field existed during the observational period from 1994, March 16 to May 7.
