Abstract

We present maps of the [FORMULA] CO(3-2) and C [FORMULA] O(2-1) emission around T Tauri. By comparison of the two lines measured with similar spatial resolution we are able to discriminate between the different components of molecular circumstellar material and to derive constraints for possible source models. In particular we are able to trace the outflowing molecular components. We propose a multiple outflow system with stellar wind envelope interaction to explain the morphology and dynamics of the [FORMULA] CO(3-2) and C [FORMULA] O(2-1) emitting gas.

Key words: stars: T Tau – ISM: NGC 1555 – ISM: jets and outflows – radio lines: ISM – stars: pre-main-sequence
