Abstract
The sensitivity to a cosmic stochastic background of gravitational
waves of the resonant cryogenic antenna ALTAIR , operating at

, is reported. An experimental upper
limit of ALTAIR is compared with the upper limits given by the
other detectors at lower frequencies.
